General Information – Sports Person Excellence Awards
The Sports Person Excellence Awards aim to celebrate young athletes for their determination, resilience, and achievements. These awards highlight outstanding contributions in sports performance, leadership, discipline, and community impact.
Eligibility
- Open to all young athletes under the age categories: U-14, U-17, U-21, U-25.
- Athletes must be actively participating in competitive sports.
- Recognition available for both team and individual sports achievements.
Nomination Process
- Nominations may be submitted by coaches, parents, peers, or sports institutions.
- Self-nominations are accepted with proper supporting documents.
- Each nomination must include:
- Completed Nomination Form
- Supporting documents (certificates, achievements, news coverage, etc.)
- At least one letter of recommendation (coach, teacher, or mentor)
Selection Criteria
- Sports Performance – records, medals, championships, contribution to team.
- Discipline & Dedication – training hours, consistency, and commitment.
- Sportsmanship – fair play, respect for peers and opponents.
- Community Impact – role model behavior, inspiring others.
- Leadership – team spirit, guidance, and motivational qualities.
Award Benefits

Registration Fee : The early bird fee is 1775/- till November 30, 2025, and the registration fee is 2175/-from December 1 to December 15, 2025.
If someone else joins you, you will need to pay them Rs. 1225/-.
